For locations outside our standard delivery area, please contact us for a custom quote.

    Delivery Charges

    Our delivery charges are calculated based on:

    • Distance from our base
    • Volume of items
    • Setup requirements
    • Access requirements
    • Day and time of delivery

    Standard Delivery Zones:

    • Zone 1 (0-10 miles): Starting from £15
    • Zone 2 (11-20 miles): Starting from £30
    • Zone 3 (21-30 miles): Starting from £60
    • Zone 4 (31-50 miles): Starting from £70
    • Beyond 50 miles: Custom quote required

    Note: These are base prices. Final delivery costs will be calculated based on your specific requirements and confirmed after checkout.

      Setup & Collection Service

      • Professional setup included for complex items (marquees, lighting systems, etc.)
      • Basic setup available for furniture and simple equipment
      • Collection service included in delivery fee
      • Flexible timing to suit your event schedule

      Delivery Timings

      • Standard Delivery Window: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
      • Early Morning Delivery (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM): Available with surcharge
      • Evening Delivery (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Available with surcharge
      • Sunday Deliveries: Available with surcharge
      • Bank Holiday Deliveries: Limited availability, additional charges apply

      Access Requirements

      Please ensure:

      • Clear access to delivery location
      • Adequate parking for delivery vehicles
      • Information about any stairs, lifts, or narrow passages
      • Site contact person available during delivery
      • Notification of any delivery restrictions or special requirements

      Pre-Delivery Requirements

      1. Venue Assessment:
        • Provide accurate delivery address
        • Inform us of any access restrictions
        • Notify us of any parking limitations
        • Highlight any time constraints
      2. Site Preparation:
        • Clear space for delivered items
        • Ensure adequate access routes
        • Prepare any necessary permits or permissions
        • Arrange site contact person

      On the Day of Delivery

      Our team will:

      • Call/text 30 minutes before arrival
      • Conduct a brief site assessment
      • Place items in designated areas
      • Complete setup if required
      • Review delivery checklist with you
      • Provide basic usage instructions where necessary

      Collection Service

      • Collection typically scheduled for the day after your event
      • Flexible collection times available
      • Items should be packed and ready for collection
      • All items accounted for and in original condition
      • Report any damages or issues immediately

      Late Changes & Special Requests

      • Changes to delivery time/date: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required
      • Additional items: Subject to availability
      • Location changes: Must be notified at least 48 hours in advance
      • Special setup requirements: Discuss during booking

      • Wet weather contingency plans in place
      • Alternative delivery arrangements if required
